TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

General:
Accommodation includes completely furbished unit.
Number of beds is listed in the price list.
Prices are per residential unit per day, without taking into account the actual number of adults or children.
It is not allowed exceeding the specified number of persons or beds.
The listed price includes: accommodation, bedding, kitchen or kitchenette equipped with basic crockery and cutlery, electricity, water, gas.
Use of air conditioning is not included in price.
Prices refer to the a minimum stay of 4 days.
In the pre-season period, there is no specific days of arrival and departure, while the shifts in the main season (July / August) are only on Saturdays or Sundays.

Terms of payment:
Once we receive your booking (via the contact form) you will receive (on the assigned address) calculation for the holidays.
Reservation is confirmed after transferring 30% of the specified amount.
The remaining amount is paid on the day of arrival.

Cancellation fees:
Deposit payment is non-refundable in case of late cancellation (30 days before arrival).

Arrival and departure:
In generally check-in it is not possible before 16 pm on the day of arrival.
Check out by 10 am on departure day.
Pets are not allowed in the apartments.

Final cleaning:

Not in the price of apartments.
